The American space agency reports that the Hubble Space Telescope is once again producing extremely clear pictures of objects in deep space. The new photographs were taken from January Tenth to January Thirteenth. That was when the space telescope began to work again.
NASA officials had to temporarily halt the work of the space telescope in November. The fourth of the six gyroscopes on the telescope had failed. The gyroscopes are used to aim the telescope. It needs three gyroscopes to aim correctly. NASA engineers placed the telescope in a safe position to protect it until repairs could be made. The space telescope was not able to send pictures or other information during that period.
